Add full-height vertical sixth window actions - #1917

Adds six actions (firstVerticalSixth through lastVerticalSixth) that divide the screen into six full-height columns, rotating into six rows on portrait displays. Repeating the first/last action cycles through the positions, mirroring the vertical eighths from rxhanson#1873. The actions are listed under Extra in the Shortcuts settings and are excluded from the menu bar menu and drag-to-snap. Adds six actions that divide the screen into six full-height columns. This is useful on ultrawide displays, where the existing 2×3 sixths make every window half-height.
