The Pimalaya web properties, one workspace sharing a theme, a license and a nix shell
Every site is an npm workspace package under sites/, consuming the shared theme and prerender machinery in shared/ and shipping as JavaScript-free static HTML.

NOTE: the pimalaya.org site is named www, the conventional host label for the apex domain, to avoid colliding with the retiring standalone repository.
git clone https://github.com/pimalaya/websites
cd websites
npm installWith Flakes enabled, nix build github:pimalaya/websites#<site> builds a bundle without cloning.
npm run build:wwwbuilds pimalaya.org into sites/www/dist (swapbuildfordevorpreviewon any site)npm run build:blogbuilds blog.pimalaya.org; a post is a markdown file in sites/blog/posts/ withtitle,descriptionanddatefrontmatternpm run newsletter -- <slug>prints a Buttondown-ready email for a post (sites/blog/scripts/newsletter.js, manual, no CI step)
Nothing is deployed from this repository yet. pimalaya.org and blog.pimalaya.org are still deployed from the standalone website and blog repositories until the pending cutover: either push each site's dist/ to its standalone repository's Pages from this repository's CI, or move DNS to a host that can serve several sites from one repository.
