Poppy: add Alpic's poppy.json and describe the company implementation kit - #14

… kit Alpic now serves a Draft 0.2 poppy.json that lists only its website. The kit page names its two parts, a coding skill and a validator, so the page says so and links the kit. The spec pages still match their pins (read 2026-10-21), so the pins and last_verified are unchanged. What this PR does
Updates the Poppy page (
content/standards/poppy.md) after rechecking it against a public post that announced "Poppy support on Alpic". In the reality check, Alpic joins the small companies that serve apoppy.json; its file declares Draft 0.2 and lists onlyweb, so the line now reads "most for signed-out chats or plain website browsing only". The "Who's behind it" section now says what the October 17 implementation kit contains (a skill for coding agents and a validator), and the kit is added to the links. Status, pins andlast_verifiedare unchanged. What changed
/.well-known/poppy.json({"protocol_version":"0.2","organization":{"name":"Alpic","domain":"alpic.ai"},"web":{}}, fetched 2026-10-21).The three spec pages still hash to their pins (read 2026-10-21), and the spec repository has no commits after October 19, so
spec_sourcesis unchanged. None of the launch partners (Shopify, Stripe, Walmart, Rocket, Genesys, NiCE, Meta) serves apoppy.jsonyet, so that sentence still holds.Sources
