For example, with [Mailtrap Email API/SMTP](https://docs.mailtrap.io/email-api-smtp/setup/smtp-integration), use the host `live.smtp.mailtrap.io` on port `587`, the username `api`, and your API token as the password. Mailtrap only sends from a [verified sending domain](https://docs.mailtrap.io/email-api-smtp/setup/sending-domain), so `EMAIL_FROM` must use that domain.

4. Do not forget to setup one of the database [adapters](https://authjs.dev/reference/core/adapters) for storing the Email verification token.
