Adds a short "Generated files on GitHub" section to the running docs showing how to mark whole cog-generated files with
linguist-generated=truein.gitattributes, so GitHub collapses them in diffs. It also notes that this only works for whole files, not for cog output inside a hand-written file. Changelog entry added.Closes #53
Checked:
sphinx -W -b html docsbuilds with only the existinghtml_static_path '_static' does not existwarning (same on main), andcog --checkondocs/running.rstpasses.
