Thank you for taking the time to review the YouTube converter's API usage and propose an update.

#2407, included in v0.1.8, selects youtube-transcript-api~=1.2.3, whose supported interface uses instance list() and fetch() methods. The proposed list_transcripts() call is unavailable in that API. The change from BeautifulSoup's from_encoding= to encoding= also raises TypeError with the current dependency.

Closing this PR because the proposed migration is incompatible with the supported dependencies. Please reopen it if there is still a relevant API compatibility problem, with a reproduction and an updated approach compatible with the selected versions.
