macos-14 is being deprecated by GitHub (brownouts start Oct 5, 2026; full retirement Nov 2, 2026), so move to macos-26 (current macos-latest). Also move ubuntu-22.04 to ubuntu-24.04 (current ubuntu-latest). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
