Summary
Introduce a dedicated manual Model Tuning layer to GUI3, separating per-model runtime configuration from reusable Presets.
Presets are now focused on reusable usage intents, while model-specific runtime settings (backend, device, context size, backend args, sampling, etc.) are managed through the new Model Tuning panel.
Why
This combines the strengths of GUI2 and GUI3:
The tuning UI also received several usability improvements, including sliders, simplified backend/device selection, backend-specific argument persistence, and clearer runtime controls.
