nixpkgs removed noctalia-qs and noctalia-shell (replaced by noctalia v5, a C++ rewrite with a different config format), which broke evaluation of every machine with the sway desktop. Moving to v5 means redoing the settings merge and the sway workspace patches, so keep the 4.7.7 shell and noctalia-qs 0.0.12 (with the Qt 6.12 patch) as local packages for now, copied from the last nixpkgs that had them.
nixpkgs now ships php85 8.5.12, which fixes CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619; the backport's assert asks to remove it.
clan-core's clan-cli pins nixVersions.nix_2_31, which nixpkgs removed
("use nix_2_34"), so evaluating clan-cli and everything using it (deploy)
failed.
