iOS App icon for notifications not updating (stuck on "Dev" despite re-selection) #6077

Describe the bug
I temporarily selected the "Dev" icon set. Then I re-selected the "Release" icon set. All banner notifications still have the Dev (green) icon, despite closing the Companion app, restarting HA, rebooting the iPhone, and upgrading the app with several re-selections of the App Icon in between.
To Reproduce
Select Dev app icon and see if it remains as the notification icon after selecting something else.
Expected behavior
Icon for app and notifications should be as selected.

Since the app icon cannot be different on home and on notification, this looks out of the companion app control and perhaps an iOS bug, have you tried to reboot?

Yes--as stated in the issue body, this icon mismatch has persisted after several reboots/app restarts.
Another reboot today (first since upgrade to 2026.10.1) and the notification icons are resolved.
