Keep the TypeScript 6 compatibility package installed as typescript for Astro tooling while exposing TypeScript 7 through the @typescript/native alias. Supersedes Dependabot PR #129, which breaks astro check because TypeScript 7 does not expose the compiler API used by @astrojs/check.
