There were a couple issues install the DDF-UI features into a running DDF 2.29.33

1. backend feature catalof-ui-app failed to install because jsonrpc 0.10.5 was looking for ddf bundles 2.30+
2. frontend feature ui-frontend failed to start because of conflicting paxweb versions. Ace's gen-feature has the pax-web version hardcoded here. DDF already starts those bundles so it is safe to just exclude them.

To test run DDF 2.29.33 and follow README to deploy:

	## Installing in DDF
	Note: Change `<VERSION>` to the desired or most recent version of ddf-ui.
	1. To install the backend and frontend features, run the following commands inside a DDF karaf console:
	```
	feature:repo-add mvn:org.codice.ddf.search/intrigue-ui-app/<VERSION>/xml/features
	feature:install catalog-ui-app
	feature:repo-add mvn:org.codice.ddf.search/ui-frontend/<VERSION>/xml/features

An updated dist branch has been created and pushed to origin.
You can use:
"catalog-ui-search": "https://github.com/codice/ddf-ui#catalog-ui-search-dist-1163",
in your package.json to use this version in your project.

Remember to use "yarn install --force" if you want to pick up changes each time you make a change to this branch by committing.
