The @nuxt/content source imports queryCollection from @nuxt/content/server, which only exists since 3.7.0, so a site on 3.0 to 3.6 passed the peer check and then failed to resolve it. This PR raises the range to ^3.7.0 in both peerDependencies and moduleDependencies.

comark: ^0.6.0 also stopped at <0.7.0 while we develop against 0.8.1. comark/render and its formats are unchanged across 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8, so the range now covers all three.
