Renovate already covers this repository, so the two were opening duplicate PRs. The rule keeps the existing ignore on major astro updates at the root.

Renovate already covers this repository through the org config, so it and Dependabot are both opening dependency PRs (Renovate #18 alongside eight from Dependabot).
This removes
dependabot.yml, leaving Renovate to own dependency PRs while Dependabot only raises alerts, as in the other repositories.renovate.jsonkeeps the one deliberate rule from the old file: no automatic majorastroupdates at the root, because it is a peer dependency. The dependency groups and per-directory schedules are replaced by the shared preset. The open Dependabot PRs aren't touched here.
