Improved: Build, test and package trunk on Java 25 (OFBIZ-13791)

Explanation

As agreed on dev@, trunk moves to Java 25 before the release26.11 branch, while release24.09 stays on Java 17. This raises the source and target level from 17 to 25, and moves the CI matrix, the CodeQL build, the Docker images and the devcontainer to JDK 25 in the same change, since a target 25 build fails on a JDK 17 runner. release* branches keep testing on JDK 17. The Temurin 25 base image no longer includes curl and wget, so the Dockerfile installs them for the Gradle wrapper download, the stop script and the PostgreSQL driver download. The README system requirements and UPGRADING.md are updated for the new JDK.

Trunk with the plugins passes check, javadoc and all 713 integration tests on JDK 25. The demo Docker image loads data, serves webtools, ecommerce and partymgr, and shuts down cleanly on Temurin 25. The 19 deprecation warnings left are the Java 17 workarounds handled in OFBIZ-13792.

Raise the Java source and target level from 17 to 25 and move everything that builds or runs trunk to JDK 25 with it: the CI matrix, the CodeQL build (which used the runner's default JDK 17), the Docker builder and runtime images and the devcontainer image. release* branches stay on JDK 17 in CI. The Temurin 25 image no longer ships curl and wget, which the Gradle wrapper download, the stop script and the PostgreSQL driver download rely on, so the Dockerfile now installs them. The README system requirements and UPGRADING.md now ask for a JDK 25.
