Preserve branch and profile defaults across job redeploys and make parameters available before the first build.

Allow attaching to existing builds, offer matching running builds, store Jenkins credentials in an owner-only file, and check cluster tools only when needed. Prefer the configured Jenkins hostname, report split progress and clear result summaries, and stop node cleanup after cluster access failures.

Count all parsed test failures independently of the report detail limit, and mark potentially capped totals in older reports as lower bounds.
