Fixes #1859.
Let gallery tracks shrink to the available width, keep tile borders inside their bounds, and wrap long captions. Mobile filters now wrap in rows with the label on its own line.
Verified all 47 tiles at nine widths from 320px to 1440px, including the 800px breakpoint, plus filter toggling and navigation. All 1,353 tests and all 44 package type builds passed; both changed files pass lint and formatting.
