Clean repo · concept stage.

A remix: Solana realtime data (yellowstone-grpc / helius) fanned out over MoQ (Media over QUIC) — effectively a CDN for Solana data over QUIC.

Concept + shape + source links → CONCEPT.md
Separate from warden (the agent substrate); a shared moq-transport crate is a possible seam later, not today.
