UDP Sound Sync is being introduced as an early opt-in feature while it matures. Exposing it unconditionally in the main navigation surfaces it to all users before beta testing is complete, and having the entry point only in the navigation drawer on Android makes it harder to reach compared to the iOS toolbar button. Add a `soundSyncBetaEnabled` preference (disabled by default) under a Beta Features section in Settings on both Android and iOS to control whether the Sound Sync UI is shown, stopping any active sync session if the beta toggle is turned off. When enabled, surface a Sound Sync button next to the Add Device button in the Android top app bar alongside the drawer item, and display a beta badge and notice on the Sound Sync screen across both platforms.
