变更

新增 ccs_usage DSL，兼容 CCS Switch 的 request + extractor(response) 结构
自动标准化余额、单位、有效状态和默认展示
默认 Lua 模板与 AI Skill 文案切换为 CCS 兼容形式
修复上游切换测试的 loading 状态竞态
同步桌面端与前端版本为 1.7.1

验证

cd backend && go test ./...
npm --prefix frontend test
npm --prefix frontend run build
release script harness 全部通过
Dev CI Backend Test & Build / Frontend Test & Build 全部通过
