The Local, Offline, Manual Quota & Account-Availability Tracker for Power Users of Antigravity AI Models.

When building complex software across long coding sessions, relying on a single AI account often leads to quota bottlenecks right in the middle of deep flow states. Juggling multiple Antigravity accounts solves the capacity limit, but introduces heavy cognitive overhead: Which account am I currently working on? Which model group did I exhaust? When exactly does the five-hour cooldown reset? Which account is fully rested and ready to switch to right now?
QuotaOrbit is an externalized memory and precision mission control desktop app built to solve this exact bookkeeping problem. It tells you the absolute truth about your account quotas at a glance, right from your system tray or keyboard shortcut, without ever getting in your way.

You don't need to build from source to use QuotaOrbit! Pre-compiled installers are automatically built and published.
- Go to the Releases page of this repository.
- Download the
.msi(Windows Installer) or.exe(NSIS Installer) file from the latest release assets. - Run the installer and you're good to go!
Note
Windows SmartScreen Alert: Because QuotaOrbit is a free, open-source indie app, it is not signed with an expensive corporate Code Signing Certificate. When you first run the installer, Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" popup. Simply click "More info" and then "Run anyway".
Unlike brittle browser extensions or risky third-party wrappers, QuotaOrbit is deliberately 100% manual and local:
- 🔒 Zero Credentials or Cookies Required: QuotaOrbit never asks for passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or browser sessions.
- 🛡️ Air-Gapped Privacy: It never connects to external servers, never scrapes web pages, and never injects scripts into your browser.
- ⚡ Deterministic Single Source of Truth: All state is stored locally on your machine (
%APPDATA%\com.ayush.quotaorbit\quotaorbit.sqlite3). QuotaOrbit derives cooldown statuses mathematically from precise timestamps, ensuring countdown accuracy survives laptop sleep cycles, reboots, and clock adjustments.
- Two Independent Model Groups per Account: Track Gemini Models (
Pro / Flash) and Claude & GPT Models (Sonnet / Opus / GPT-4o) separately for every account. - Plan-Specific Quota Rules:
- AI Pro Accounts: Accurately tracks both Five-Hour (
5h) and Weekly (7d) limits. Enforces the strict domain dependency rule: if an account hits a Weekly limit, its Five-Hour quota is automaticallyBLOCKED BY WEEKLY(Locked) even if the five-hour timer itself expires. - Free Tier Accounts: Tracks only Weekly (
7d) quotas, keeping UI cards clean and uncluttered.
- AI Pro Accounts: Accurately tracks both Five-Hour (
- Automatically evaluates all your tracked accounts and recommends the single best candidate to switch to next.
- Uses multi-tier ranking: prioritizes high-priority accounts (
High Priority ⭐), checks overall model readiness across both model groups, and breaks ties using least-recently-used (LRU) timestamps. - One-click Switch & Mark Active button instantly updates your active coding session.
- Mark Limit Reached: Instantly trigger a cooldown when an AI model notifies you that your quota is exhausted.
- Restart Limit Timer: Reset a running cooldown to its standard default duration (
5 hours for Five-Hour limits, 7 days for Weekly limits). - Edit Reset Time: Adjust remaining countdown time with live duration inputs (
Days, Hours, Minutes). Enforces strict domain validation (clamping inputs so you can never accidentally enter >5 hours on a 5-hour limit or >7 days on a weekly limit). - Mark Available Now (Clear): Instantly clear any cooldown and mark the quota ready immediately.
- Estimated Time Until Next Ready Account: When all accounts are cooling down, the dashboard analyzes your exact timeline and displays a clear countdown (e.g.,
Next account ready in: 2h 14m).
- Historical Usage Analytics: Hit
Ctrl + Eto open the Analytics Drawer. View total events recorded, most active days, and model-group breakdowns. - Interactive Usage Heatmaps: Explore your quota exhaustion patterns visually across Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly GitHub-style heatmaps.
- Account Efficiency Scores: QuotaOrbit analyzes your active coding session durations against your quota limit hits, scoring every account (0-100) so you know exactly which ones are doing the heavy lifting.
- Starts Maximized & Full Screen: Opens cleanly in a spacious, full-window mission control layout (
1440x900resizable fallback). - Drag-and-Drop Reordering: Rearrange your accounts on the dashboard freely. The order persists in your local SQLite database automatically.
- Background Tray Monitoring: Runs silently in the background (
>10MB RAM) with a system tray icon (Left-click to toggle dashboard, Middle-click to switch to next ready account, Right-click for quick actions). - Native OS & Toast Notifications: Alerts you via Windows desktop notifications the exact moment a cooling quota finishes renewing. In-app Toast notifications provide instant visual feedback for manual actions.
- Deterministic Avatars: Instantly recognize your accounts in lists with brightly colored, auto-generated initials avatars.
- Control QuotaOrbit from any application using robust system-wide hotkeys:
Alt + Shift + Q: Toggle QuotaOrbit Dashboard Window (Open/Hide).Alt + Shift + L: Focus Active Account (Navigate to active session card).Alt + Shift + R: Focus Next Recommended Candidate (Navigate to recommendation panel).Alt + Shift + M: Quick Mark Limit Reached (Open limit reached modal directly).Alt + Shift + N: Add New Account (Open create account modal directly).Alt + Shift + E: Open Historical Analytics Modal.
- Auto-Backup on Exit: QuotaOrbit guarantees data safety by automatically creating a background JSON backup of your database every single time you close the application.
- Export JSON Backup: Download a complete snapshot of all accounts and quota histories to your Downloads folder with instant visual confirmation banners.
- Import JSON with Dry-Run Diff Preview: Before importing a backup file, preview exact changes in an interactive modal (
showing Accounts to Add, Update, Archive, and Quotas to Reset).
