cline + g4f docker

hi all,

is there any easy way to use g4f docker with cline vscode extension?

at cline config,
i've tried to used openAI compatible and Ollama, both has failed.
please help.

1. Start g4f:

docker run -p 1337:8080 hlohaus789/g4f:latest-slim

2. Test:

curl -s http://localhost:1337/v1/chat/completions \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer secret" \
  -d '{"model":"gpt-4o-mini","messages":[{"role":"user","content":"hi"}]}'

3. Cline Settings:

• Provider: OpenAI Compatible
• Base URL: http://localhost:1337/v1
• API Key: secret
• Model ID: gpt-4o-mini
