use other SMTP server

I am using a self-hosted instance of SimpleLogin, but I cannot find where the relay host is configured. It currently seems that outgoing emails are being sent via secure-mailgate.com.

I would like to change this and use my own SMTP server with authentication instead.

Could anyone point me to where this is configured or share any relevant documentation?

on my clone (admittedly not a container, but your container should look similar on the inside):

/etc/postfix/main.cf:relayhost = [my.smart.host.com]:587
/etc/postfix/sasl_passwd:[my.smart.host.com]:587 myuser:mypassword
