Part and portuguese: e também aparece uma quantidade de musica que eu não tem mais; por exemplo, eu tem 300 músicas baixadas, do nada vai pra 200, aí tenho que abrir e fechar o app várias vezes para resolver. E também algumas músicas tocam no lugar errado; tipo, ao invés de tocar bad apple, toca euphoria do bts, ao invés do tohou project. Já tentei restaurar e apagar todos os backup, mas não dar certo. Desculpe por falar em português, não sei muito em inglês

For the problem of song count dropping from 300 to 200, try to restart the app it may fix the problem, this is most likely a caching or pagination bug. Also check if you have enough free storage to accommodate the playlist you downloaded.
For the problem of wrong song plays, I'm not sure but I think this might be track ID or URL mapping bug.

Mas e o bug do canva? Ali tava a música do bts, e do nada surgiu outro, sendo que no Spotify não tem esse canva

If the app is using an index instead of a stable track ID, when the list updates like when it drops from 300 to 200, the positions shift and the wrong song plays which cause the list order or IDs to change too, that ID now points to a different track which might also cause the canva bug.

Try to uninstall the app and install it again.

Já fiz isso; e nada disso funciona. eu limpei o cache e restaurei; deu menos, mas continua a mesma coisa
