feat(artifacts): analyze comment-memory files for threats (#743)
* feat(artifacts): analyze comment-memory files for threats Discover `<artifacts-dir>/comment-memory/*.md` in artifacts.Load and feed them into the detection prompt via a new {COMMENT_MEMORY_FILES} placeholder and "Comment Memory Files" section, closing a parity gap with gh-aw's inline prompt. Comment memory is an attacker-influenced, persisted channel, so it is treated as untrusted input. Emit a non-fatal ERR_VALIDATION warning when the directory exists but cannot be inspected. Updates threat-detection and usage specs (TD-18a, U-11). Refs #689 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: David Slater <12449447+davidslater@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(artifacts): harden comment-memory discovery per review Address PR review feedback: - Escape artifact warnings before emitting them as ::warning:: workflow commands so a newline in a caller-controlled path cannot inject another command. - Use os.Lstat and reject any non-directory (including a symlinked comment-memory directory) so the engine cannot be pointed outside the artifacts tree. - Restrict discovered entries to confirmed regular files, skipping .md symlinks and FIFOs/other special files.
