Osmantic grants every recipient of the Osmantic Deployment System (ODS) a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, run, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, and distribute the Pixel source code and corresponding binaries solely as part of, or for developing, building, testing, operating, supporting, or distributing, ODS. This permission includes personal and commercial use of ODS, and modified or forked ODS distributions that retain Pixel as an ODS component. Recipients of a permitted ODS distribution receive the same Pixel permission directly from Osmantic.
This license does not permit extracting Pixel for use, distribution, hosting, or sale as a standalone product, or integrating it into a product other than ODS. A copy made temporarily for ODS development, testing, or build work does not become a separate product merely because it resides in a separate build directory. Keep this notice with copies of Pixel source or binaries distributed as part of ODS. No trademark rights are granted.
Pixel is source-available under this ODS-specific license, not under the Apache License 2.0 that applies to other ODS code. Third-party components, including OpenClaw, retain their own licenses; see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. This grant does not expand Osmantic's rights in third-party material.
PIXEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSMANTIC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF PIXEL.
